My Story
I Did the Work. They Cashed the Check.

The Journey
How It Really Happened
Starting in Clinical Research
I got into clinical research the way most people do — excited about the mission, ready to make a difference. I was doing end-to-end trial work: site management, regulatory, data, monitoring, everything. I was good at it. My sponsors knew it. My CROs knew it.
Realizing the Gap
Years in, I started doing the math. The sponsors were billing my work at rates I couldn't even imagine. The CROs were pocketing the margin. And I was getting a W2 with a salary that hadn't moved in two years. I was doing E2E consulting work — I just wasn't getting paid like a consultant.
When Enough Was Enough
The burnout hit hard. Long hours, constant travel, no flexibility, and the creeping feeling that no matter how hard I worked, the ceiling wasn't moving. I watched colleagues leave for 'other opportunities' and come back as 1099 contractors making double. That's when I started asking different questions.
Going Independent
I made the move to 1099. I won't pretend it was seamless — there was a learning curve on contracts, rates, finding clients, and handling the business side. But within months, I had more income, more control, and more life than I'd had in years. The work was the same. The arrangement was completely different.
E2E Clinical Consulting — On My Terms
Now I run a fully independent E2E clinical consulting practice. I choose my clients, set my rates, and work on projects that actually interest me. And I help other clinical research professionals — coordinators, monitors, regulatory specialists — make the same transition without the guesswork I went through.
"The work didn't change. The arrangement did. And that changed everything."

Who I Work With
You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone
If you're a clinical research professional — coordinator, CRA, regulatory specialist, data manager, or any other role in the trial ecosystem — and you're tired of watching the money flow everywhere but to you, I built this for you.
The Burned-Out Coordinator
You've been running sites for years. You know the protocol better than anyone. But your salary hasn't caught up to your expertise.
The Underpaid CRA
You're on the road constantly, managing sites, writing reports. You know what sponsors pay for your work. You're not seeing that number.
The Frustrated Specialist
Regulatory, data, project management — you have a niche skill that's in high demand. You just haven't figured out how to sell it independently yet.
The Ready-to-Leap Professional
You've been thinking about going 1099 for a while. You just need a roadmap, a reality check, and someone who's done it to show you how.
